We started from shanghai for Indo, in the morning our exhibitors gather at the airport, I assist to check in and get boarding pass. For terrible wether, our flight delayed, under the approval of all members, we change our original schedule and stay one night at HK Marriott HOTEL, even one day delayed, we enjoy a comfortable night at HK.
Next day, we arrived at Jakarta, hot temperature welcomed us and open our Indonisia trip.
Famed for this chaotic order of Indonisia customs , we made a plan to handle them. Same as rumor, customs staff prefer Chinese group for money, we dismissed our group to go through customs, most of our group passed the customs successfully, only one exhibitor was detained, but our tour leader-Rock, play a strong role to explain to customs and finally solve the problem.
Jakarta ,also name as coconut city, the capital and biggest city of indionisia., located at northwest coast, the biggest city of southeast Asia, the world-famed harbor. Hundred years ago, Jakarta is famed for its pepper and perfume. On the way from airport to hotel, we shuttle forth and back between skyscraper and slum, expressway and crowded lane. Most terrible thing is the inefficient hotel service and check in , for nearly two hours we finished check in and enter in room for good tomorrow.
The area of this year show is larger than ever. They have increased renewable energy, there are 63 Chinese exhibitors in this year show. They are distributed at passage between hall A and HallB .
Water related theme was the main topic of this show. Organize put energy exhibitor to HALL A to balance visitor’s flow. During these 3 days, we got lot information.
PV exhibitors though this show is average, but they are confidence in Indo market, as the new rising market will improve exhibition. Water treatment exhibitors give a high recognition for the show. But the organizer should do more effort on visitor’s invitations. We also communicated with exhibitors on Indionisia water market. In this market, there are lot clients, but lack of big bill. Such small quantity have to assemble at Singapore, which will increase cost and period relatively, all this sector cause the situation of big market and low profit.
Most of our clients are after 80’s, which definitely good for our relationship. The hotel has many facility, our clients preferred to go to swimming pool at night, then chatting at gym, all this good for release pressure.
