Excellent staff acceptance speech

      I am very happy to be awarded the honorary title of outstanding employees of the company in 2013. I want to say thanks to the trust of the company; say thanks to the love of the leadership; say thanks to the approval of my colleagues.
      Elected to be the company's outstanding employee is an honor and a motivation. Joined the company for only six months, I am growing from one who have just a little vague understanding of the " show " to one who have not only mastered the entire exhibition process, including how to contact the organizers, how to negotiate with the organizers. I understand this whole process is inseparable from superiors and colleagues carefully giving their enthusiastic help. However, I learned the knowledge of the show is not enough; I need to work much harder. In the coming days, I will uphold the spirit of unity and struggle, and lead more people to join in our outstanding team in Ann’s Exhibition to have more brilliant tomorrow! During the past six months, I want to first say thank you to my leadership Piangy. When I had just arrived and knows nothing at all, it is her who teaches me step by step about how to do customer service. There are many things she taught me about how to deal with fish instead of giving us fish, so we gradually able to work independently.
      I think an excellent staff should play an exemplary role, should be a high degree of ownership, silently dedication light and heat; should take a pragmatic and serious working attitude, work hard, dedication, diligently doing their jobs. To do work, you need to work hard and have a sense of responsibility. Because hard-working can increase productivity, such as an old saying: “No Pains, No Gains;” And with responsibility, we will work carefully to avoid errors.
      The company with people- oriented culture makes us benefit a lot; we should also contribute to the development of the company's own strength. This time to be selected as an excellent staff is an inspiration to my 2013 annual work, but I should be strict with myself, to do my own job better, to safeguard the image of the excellent staff.
      Looking to the future, I still have a long way to go. And I will continue to build on my achievements, constant innovation, not for doing the best, but to do better, thanks to the leadership and all employees.
